Shipping policy
Free Ground Shipping Orders over $20 shipped within the U.S. qualify for free shipping via FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost. Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify. Orders under $20 have a minimum shipping charge of $6.50.
All ground shipments are processed within 1-3 business days and ship within 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
FedEx Ground with Accelerated Processing Prefer to skip SmartPost? Choose FedEx Ground for a small fee. Orders placed before 12pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm ship the next business day.
Expedited Shipping 2-Day and 3-Day shipping available at FedEx corporate discounted rates. Orders placed before 12pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm ship the next business day. Weekend days are not counted in transit time.
Overnight and Special Shipping Contact us at CustomerService@Minimus.biz for overnight, Saturday delivery, or special arrangements.
P.O. Boxes P.O. Box shipments go via USPS. Orders over $40 are insured. We are not responsible for USPS orders under $40 once they leave our facility.
Military Shipments (APO/FPO) Military shipments go via USPS only. When checking out place APO or FPO in the city field and select the correct Armed Forces location in the state field. We cannot be responsible for APO/FPO packages once they leave our facility.
International Shipping We offer FedEx International and International Postal options. Shipping costs are based on order weight and destination. All duties, taxes, fees, and customs compliance are the sole responsibility of the customer. Contact CustomerService@Minimus.biz if your country is not listed at checkout.
Hazardous Items — Ground Shipping Only Some items such as aerosols and alcohol-based products are restricted by the U.S. Department of Transportation and can only ship via ground. These items cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally without a $50 surcharge per box for special handling.
Correctional Institutions We are unable to ship to prisons, jails, or correctional institutions. Rejected shipments are not eligible for a refund.
