Refund policy
What Can Be Returned Non-food merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date with prior authorization from Minimus. Products must be in salable condition and in original, unbroken packaging.
Food items and certain personal health items cannot be returned for any reason.
How to Request a Return Email us at CustomerService@Minimus.biz to request return authorization before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee may apply where appropriate.
Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
If a package is undeliverable due to customer error and returned to Minimus, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
Refunds Refunds are issued for the total amount paid minus the published shipping rate for the carrier and service used — including orders that qualified for free shipping.
