Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive? Orders over $20 ship free via FedEx Ground within 3 business days. Orders under $20 have a minimum $6.50 shipping charge. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes! FedEx 2-Day and 3-Day options are available at checkout at our discounted FedEx corporate rates.

Are shipments insured? FedEx Ground and International shipments are insured by FedEx. USPS Priority shipments are insured by USPS. APO/FPO shipments are not insured due to military postal system limitations.

Do you ship internationally? Yes. We offer FedEx International and a postal consolidator option. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination. All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses? Yes. PO Box and APO/FPO shipments go via USPS.

Do you ship to prisons or correctional institutions? No. We are not an approved supplier for correctional institutions and cannot guarantee delivery or refunds for these shipments.

Can I ship to my hotel in advance? Yes! See our Special Services page for instructions.


Orders & Products

What happens if an item is out of stock? We'll remove or refund the item. If removing it drops your order below $20 and you qualified for free shipping, we may substitute a similar item or cancel the order. Feel free to leave a note at checkout with your preference.

Can you get larger sizes of items? We only carry travel and individual sizes. Larger sizes may be available for wholesale orders.

How do I reorder a previous order? Log into your account, go to Order History, and click "Copy to Cart." You can edit quantities before checking out.

How long do food products last? Each product has its own shelf life. We do not sell food past its expiration date. We cannot guarantee an expiration date longer than 30 days from shipment.

Does anything need to be refrigerated? No. None of our products require refrigeration before opening.

Why are some items marked Ground Shipping Only? Items containing aerosols or alcohol are classified as hazardous materials and can only ship via ground. They are not available for Hawaii, Alaska, international, or APO/FPO orders. Air shipping can be arranged for a $50+ surcharge — email CustomerService@Minimus.biz.


Payments & Account

Why does my credit card show a charge even though it was rejected? This is a temporary authorization that clears within 1-5 business days. It happens when your billing address doesn't match what's on file with your card issuer.

Why won't my company credit card work? Company cards are sometimes linked to a personal home address. Try the address the card was originally issued to, and contact your card issuer to add your company address to the account.

Why is my cart empty when I return? Carts are cleared every 30 days. Use your Wish List to save items longer.


Loyalty & Discounts

How do loyalty points work? You earn 1 point per $1 spent. Every 100 points = $1 off your next order (1% cash back). Points are valid for 365 days and require an account.

Do you offer coupons or sales? Yes! Check our Sale Items aisle and sign up for our newsletter for coupon codes. Multiple coupons can be used on separate items but cannot be stacked on the same item.

Where do your products come from? Directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors.

Do you offer free samples or donations? We don't offer free samples, but we do offer bulk pricing for orders of $250 or more for nonprofits and community programs. Email majoraccounts@minimus.biz.
